NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC
Supplemental Public Meeting for
Elk Ridge Application for Resort Village Status
Pursuant to The Municipalities Act, public notice is hereby given that the Organized Hamlet of Elk Ridge intends to become established as the Resort Village of Elk Ridge. The Organized Hamlet of Elk Ridge is located within the District of Lakeland No. 521, on lands within the projected Township 57, Ranges 27 and 28, West of the Second Meridian, in the Province of Saskatchewan.
A Public Meeting was held on November 22, 2019 to present the proposal to the Public. However, the required Restructuring Agreement was not available at that time. Therefore, a public meeting will be held on Thursday, April 15 at 7:00 p.m. via the Zoom Platform for the purpose of presenting the Restructuring Agreement to the public.

Any persons who wish to comment on the proposed restructuring may file a written submission, with the Administrator of the District of Lakeland No. 521 at the address below:
