Please be advised that Routes2SK, owners of Elkridge Resort, have made an application to operate a seasonal RV campground in the south east area near the staff housing and church. The campground would include 100 campsites, with water, power, sewer, garbage and recycling.
Pursuant to the District of Lakeland’s Zoning Bylaw, this is a discretionary use in the C1 Zone, Resort Commercial District. All property owners located within a 75-meter radius from the above-mentioned property are required to receive notice of this potential development.

Residents within 75-meters have been mailed to to attend the meeting by Zoom or in person to express their point of view on the proposal to operate a seasonal RV campground, but any member of the public can attend council meeting and sign up for the Zoom mailing list here.
