TAKE NOTICE THAT the Council of the District of Lakeland No. 521 intend to consider a Bylaw at its March 8, 2021 meeting that would establish the 1971 residential lots in the various subdivisions around Emma Lake and Christopher Lake as an Additional Service Area pursuant to the provisions of The Municipalities Act.
FURTHER TAKE NOTICE THAT Council has called a Public Meeting for Thursday, February 18, 2021 on Zoom at 1:00 p.m. for the purpose of hearing any concerns or support for the proposed bylaw.
FURTHER TAKE NOTICE THAT the intent of the Bylaw establishing the Additional Service Area is for the purpose of funding the SaskTel high speed internet proposal Community Participation Program project.
